The Schell Design team works to coordinate custom fabrication for time critical delivery that is seamlessly coordinated with construction. Our team is sensitive to cost parameters and experienced in ensusreing that your projects are delivered on time and on budget. We work with fabricators and subcontractors on your behalf to monitor quality control, protect your financial interests and deliver your project on time.

On virtually every project, one primary person - the senior project manager - is responsible for keeping everything on track. This gives you comprehensive project accountability. The senior project manager oversees each phase of the job, from estimating to the final punch list. Throughout the project you have access to quick answers, reports and service. A creative team, some of whom have worked together for more than 30 years, support the project manager with concept development and production.
