About the project:
Schell Design Group worked to design/fabricate signage design, criteria and project management, for a contemporary, community gathering place that builds on established architectural theme for all tenants.
The development consists of Pacific Northwest style architecture with multiple sustainable and environmental features. Schell Design Group and Dykeman Architects teamed with the owner/developer to create a unique environment.
About Camano Commons:
Camano Commons, an innovative community shopping area and gathering spot is located at Terry’s Corner on Camano Island. The Commons was developed to be the residents’ vision of what downtown on an island should look like. Camano Commons also offers a variety of attractively built, complimentary, environmentally friendly and sustainable businesses. A proud Ericson said the development is unique in that each building has its own design and color scheme, and each is locally owned and operated. In addition, when the complex was built, the owners used as many local contractors and tradesmen as they could find.
