Sharon is personally committed to ensure that your project keeps on track. She will provide comprehensive accountability through excellent facilitation and oversight of each phase of the project, from estimating to the final punchlist. Sharon will set up management criteria, establish budgets, scheduling, staffing, team coordination and deliverables. With her extensive years of experience she brings senior level management expertise and clear understanding of the value of a strong team approach for project success. Throughout the project, you will have clear and timely communication, quick answers, reports and service. Sharon will provide every aspect of project management from surveying, sign schedules, bidding, budgeting, submittals, fabrication, permitting, installation and invoicing. Sharon Schell is the firm’s Marketing Consultant. She is responsible for sales, contracting, art directing, and project management. She supervises project personnel to ensure timely completions, schedule adherence, vendor selection and quality control. Sharon has over 20 years experience in retail and commercial project management. She has a BA from the University of Washington.
